We have a Dutch Bros opening in Clemmons and it’s going to be a little hectic from what we hear. Clients, this is the route they are expecting so plan accordingly for your appointment if traveling from West of Lewisville-Clemmons.

From the Village Of Clemmons:

🚨☕️With Dutch Bros opening soon, we want to put out the traffic plan for getting to the site via Market Center Drive. There is public parking on Market Center Drive if you want to park and walk over.
Please see the map with the green lines for cars to follow. The Dutch Bros site can hold about 15 cars on their property, and we anticipate more customers will be visiting for the first weeks.
Here are some highlights:
• Market Center Drive is going to the primary access route. It has the space for cars to wait. You cannot wait on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd.
• Again, you cannot stop or wait to turn on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd. If the line is backed out on to Lewisville Clemmons Rd, go down to the shopping center light or the light at Stadium Dr. This is the same practice we use at West Forsyth High School so hopefully not new to everyone.
• Do not turn into Verizon, Ma’Luz or use neighboring businesses parking spots.
• When you leave, you cannot turn left out onto Ramada Drive to get back to Lewisville-Clemmons Rd. You will need to use Market Center Drive to get back to a stoplight.
• Our deputies will be out making sure this plan is followed and other businesses remain accessible.
