To all of my amazing guests,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your patience, understanding, and support lately.

As many of you know, my family and I are currently caring for my 93-year-old grandmother, who has recently needed a much higher level of care. Family is incredibly important to me, and being able to help care for her during this season of life is something I am grateful to do. At the same time, it has occasionally caused delays in returning messages, rescheduling appointments, and adjusting my schedule unexpectedly.

Please know that I value each and every one of you, and I never take your time, loyalty, or support for granted. If you’ve been waiting a little longer than usual for a response, had an appointment moved, or experienced any scheduling changes, I sincerely appreciate your grace and understanding.

I’m actively working on putting additional support in place at home so I can continue providing the level of service and attention that my guests deserve. My goal is always to accommodate everyone as best I can while balancing the needs of my family during this time.
