Due to having quite a few cancellations lately, I’ve had to make a small change to my booking process. Moving forward, all appointments must be booked through my booking app https://www.vagaro.com/dyepretty1 or over the phone at 772-708-7707, and a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment.

Your card is simply kept on file for my cancellation policy — you are NOT being charged when you book. This helps protect appointment times that are reserved especially for you and allows me to continue giving everyone the best availability possible.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, so I will be enforcing my cancellation policy moving forward.

Many of you may not be aware of my policy because you book directly with me, and I haven’t done a great job communicating it. That’s my fault! 💕 I want to make sure everyone is aware of the policy going forward.

CANCELATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. I understand that emergencies can happen, and I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for supporting my business!
