So its finally summer!!! I have been enjoying this weather. if you are thinking that now is the time that I need to do something about losing some weight after all the good barbecue this weekend then now is the time. The Arbonne 30 days to healthy living are absolutely amazing. I started the 28 day clean eating challenge on January 4th and have been following this program since then. To date I am down almost 30 lbs. and lost over 6 inches in my waist. 30lbs in 4 months!!!! More importantly….I feel amazing. So the March 28 day Nutrition challenge is complete and I am so excited for my friends that took part. I had a group of 5 friends that had a side bet going to see who can lose the most percentage of their body weight. The winner lost 8.7%. 15.7lbs gone in 28 days! And 3.5 inches off her waist!
