Welp, I’m just over here praying we don’t have another shutdown.

BUT, if we do, here is a little
hair-spiration for my “Silver” ladies. Some may even call it “Tinsel”, or my personal favorite, “Sparkle”.

The reality is most do not want their grays to show. So, what I try to encourage is blending your gray with very fine weave highlights and lowlights. It will help keep those grays away much longer than an all over color. This technique is so natural looking and still keeps you looking younger than ever.

✔️ Highlight/lowlight balayage dimension.
✔️Soft fringe bang. (On the shorter side to last longer in between trims.)

Let’s talk sessions.

When you are going from permanent dark pigment to a lighter shade, you must trust the process.

When you have brown, you must lift through red ➡️ red/orange ➡️ orange ➡️ orange/yellow ➡️ yellow ➡️ pale yellow (platinum).

If you have years of hair color on your hair, it makes it that much more difficult to cut through the “brass” (red/orange) stage.

Sessions help to slowly lift your hair lighter while keeping it healthy and strong. (That’s the main goal, right?)
