It surprised me when I realized I was doing the same thing, accidentally.
Eating more was the answer. Not less.
If we want to sustain energy, fertility, hair growth, thyroid function…calories and nutrients are a must. There’s no way around it.

The celery juice girlies are going to come for me but I said what I said 🤷♀️
Quick fixes are tempting. I get it. But let’s look at what these trends actually gave us:
→ Hydrogen water? Expensive p*e.
→ Shake weights? A meme.
→ Sketchers Shape Ups? A $40 million lawsuit for false advertising.
→ The Special K diet? 1200 calories of processed cereal and a rebound.
→ Celery juice? A protocol created by a guy who calls himself the “Medical Medium” not a doctor, no medical degree, just vibes.
Bold claims. Zero science. Quick fix promise. Didn’t last.
Real results come from understanding what’s actually going on in YOUR body. Not from a gadget, a gimmick, or a cleanse.
