Intentional Eating. No More Second Guessing.
I used to guess.
Eyeball portions.
Under eat.
Overthink.
Not anymore.
Now I weigh it.
Now I track it.
Now I eat with PURPOSE.
If my goal is to build, I have to fuel like someone who wants to grow.
Protein first. Carbs to perform. Fats to balance.
No fear of food.
No “this feels like too much.”
No shrinking myself.
This isn’t overeating.
This is intentional eating.
I’m not dieting anymore.
I’m building.
And when you stop guessing… you start progressing. 💪🏾🔥
Consistency will have you looking in the mirror like… “Damn, I really did that.” 👏🏾
Not motivation. Not feelings.
Consistency.
Some days I’m tired.
Some days I don’t feel like it.
Some days I question myself.
But I show up anyway.
