✨ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY ✨

We truly appreciate every client who chooses to support Steer Style Salon & Barber Shop! 🤍 Our time is valuable, and so is yours. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure we can give every guest the time and attention they deserve, please take a moment to review our appointment policies below.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
🗓️ We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
🚫 If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will be required to pay 50% of the services that were scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS
⏰ We understand that life happens! However, if you are 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if your service cannot be completed within the remaining time.

We will always make every effort to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

If we do not hear from you and you are 15 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.

A late fee will begin 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time if there has been no communication.

🤍 Thank you for respecting our time, our stylists, and our other clients. These policies help us protect appointment availability and keep our salon running smoothly for everyone.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our business!
