All Love Wellness has been blooming into the Self care Sanctuary you may be needing this season. We have new floors, new teachers, new classes, and we are excited to offer you space to bloom along with us.

To make it easy to book yourself a session, meet our teachers, & experience the support of our space, we are offering an irresistible intro offer into our Blooming membership.

We have classes every day of the week, that will offer you space to return to your breath, revitalize your movement, and inspire your spirit. This includes yoga with 5 wonderful teachers, all with a unique style to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and more comfortable in your body🌷

As we all know consistency is key to creating a healthy habit, so we hope you’ll find a class or that you can commit to. You can continue with drop ins to any class for $20 or support with a monthly investment of $60/$108/$155 depending on your goals. This commitment will not only help us support you, but will hold you accountable to show up for your practice.

There are perks for different membership tiers, such as free guest passes for $108 members, and 20% off events and 1:1 sessions for our unlimited members.

We hope you’ll come see what we’ve been working on!! If you don’t see a class that works for your schedule, we are planning to continue to add classes as our membership grows, and we welcome requests for class times, along with modalities that you’d like to see in the space.

Des Moines Parks and Rec is hosting a fall yoga series indoors at a new Community Center on the east side of Des Moines! Only $55 for 8 weeks of yoga. Meet our new teacher Paul on Tuesday evening starting THIS WEEK. 6pm-7pm each Tuesday night.

I hope you’ll join him and try out this new class 🙏🏼✨ Paul studied Kripalu yoga which s a gentle, compassionate form of Hatha yoga that emphasizes internal awareness, self-acceptance, and meditation in motion. Enjoy a flow for every-body every week 🌷🌸

Shout out out to our special weekly class Sunday Shala with Krista Cary 🔥🌸! A great option if you’re looking to close out your weekend with empowering movement, intention, and community ✨🌷 This class is for students looking to deepen their practice with more challenging asana, woven with mudras, and mantras 💕 You’ll still get a nice warm up and juicy savassana!

Krista will also be leading our New Moon Women’s Cacao Circle this month! Her teachings come from Mexico and her ceremonies invite deep introspection and inspiration on your path 🧚🏼 Co-hosting will be the lovely Lavender Lotus LLC. She will be cleansing each guest along with guiding a sound healing during the session 🪷 If you want to make it sign up soon as it’s already filling up ✨🔥✨

Huge shout out to 777wildrootsyoga for stepping into the space and making it her own 💕 Dejah has helped immensely with organization, moral support, as well as she has started teaching a very successful class at the studio called Wednesday Morning somatic flow at 8:30am!

This Wednesday you’ll actually have 3 options to see her! 6:30am covering my Rise with the Sun class, her regular 8:30am class & 6pm for the final FREE yoga in the park at Campbell park 🌸

I’m so grateful to have a few classes available for my students while I’m able to take some self care time in nature!

Thursday Morning at 6:30am will be covered by our New Teacher Paul, who will begin teaching a Mindful Flow on Tuesday nights ✨

Thursday evening will be Prenatal yoga with Wild Olive l Yoga x Flexi Fren at 6:30pm

Sunday will be Sunday Shala with Krista Cary 🔥🌸 9:30am-10:45am.
