March brought some big changes—I moved into a new space and behind the scenes I’ve been navigating health challenges (no worries, it’s a battle I’m winning). It hasn’t been the smoothest season, but it’s been a real one.

Through it all, my heart for this work hasn’t changed. I’m still showing up to create a space where women feel cared for, supported, and able to rest.

Things look a little different right now, but I’m still here—and I’m moving forward with intention, grace, and a lot of gratitude.🖤
