Our Lower Lounge schedule is changing! Whether you need a midweek reset, a little after-work self-care on Thursday, or a Saturday spa day, save our new hours so you know when to come lounge with us.
And parents—we didn’t forget about you. 🥰 Lower Lounge Littles is available Monday–Thursday from 9 AM–1 PM, so you can actually take that break without having to find a sitter first.

Our waterbed massage uses warm water and targeted pressure to create a relaxing massage experience while you stay comfortably on top of the bed.
It’s a great addition to your wellness routine when you want to:

Thank you for walking through our doors, trying our amenities, asking questions, entering our raffles, laughing with our team, and simply spending part of your day with us.
And thank you to everyone who has supported Lower Lounge over the last two years. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just discovered us, every visit, referral, share, recommendation, and kind word has helped us grow into what we are today.
Saturday was a celebration of Lower Lounge, but more than anything, it was a celebration of the community that made these two years possible. 🥹💜
