Absolutely wonderful experience with Forrest! Not only is he super friendly and personable, he has incredible knowledge of the body and intuitive touch. He asked key questions at the beginning of the session and focused on those areas, while also hitting some spots that I didn't know needed to be addressed. His space is super relaxing—sound bowls, heated table, essential oils, quiet. Overall experience was awesome! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Forrest is a miracle worker! The treatment wasn't painful like my physical therapy is yet it helped release so much in different parts of my body. You can feel it working in the forms of releases and feelings of lightning in other sides of your body. His treatment of my head made my face more symmetrical and I felt like a new person after multiple visits. I was told this place was great. They were right. I was traveling visiting family and had a great experience. This was my first experience with myofascial release. Forrest was truly amazing. The place is super cute inside and great smoothies.
