This is Gonzalez’s updates since I last visited him.

Everyone told him to close his barbershop.
He was approximately $120,000 in debt and from the outside, it looked like he had made a terrible mistake.

But what if everyone else was looking at the wrong thing?
His name is Seu Elias ® , one of Brazil’s most respected names in barbering. He started cutting hair at 13 years old and went on to build something far bigger than a barbershop.

He saw that a haircut could become an experience.
That experience could become a brand.
That brand could become products, franchises, schools, events, and an entire industry.

Today, his business is projected to generate approximately $12 million in revenue with multiple locations, thousands of haircuts every month, and more than 100,000 students trained.

But here’s the part that inspires me most:
He didn’t just build an empire. He stayed true to his vision and his principles.
Seu Elias was one of my biggest inspirations when I opened my own barbershop. His story helped shape the way I think about barbering, business, and opportunity.

The biggest lesson? The chair was never the business. The chair was the beginning.

So let me ask you: Are you only looking at the haircut, or can you see everything that barbering could become?

Write down your vision. Every dream. Every goal.
Then get to work. Because one day, you might look back and realize you’re living the life you once wrote on paper.
