It’s been awhile since I’ve sent/posted some reminders about salon policies and as summer is coming to a close and the busy holiday season approaches, it’s a good time for a refresh!

-Our little town is not so little anymore and our schedules run tight! Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive ON TIME! I try my best to operate in a timely manner but just one client being too late can throw off everyone’s schedule for the rest of the day!

-Pre Book those holiday appointments! We want to make sure you are feeling and looking your best for those holiday parties! If you know your schedule, let’s get you booked ahead to ensure you have your spot!

-If you are a VENMO paying client, please send your payment BEFORE you leave the salon. It’s becoming harder to track who hasn’t paid and complete daily books efficiently!

-BROW CLIENTS!
I have been working behind the chair for many years now and would love to continue for many more, in order to do so, without my body giving up on me, I need your help!
Brow appointments are quick! I’ve perfected my service to be fast and efficient and most Brow Services are 15-30 minutes tops! During that time, while I am working on you, I need you to PLEASE…

-Put your phone away.🚫📞

-Sit up straight, no slouching, with your chin up and parallel to the floor.
I want to see your eyebrows, not the top of your head. 😅

-Don’t “scrunch” or raise your brows, keep your forehead relaxed. We all know “Brows are sisters, not twins” however, we don’t want uneven brows! 🤨

-Do not spin or pick up and move the brow chair, we have it placed best to move freely and quickly around you with the best lighting to see your beautiful face! 🤩

-Having to stop and continually ask for these adjustments during a service slows us down, and most importantly my body is paying the price. 😣

-Remember! If you have had any changes to skincare or medications please inform your stylist! Active skincare, Acne meds, Tretinoin, any Retinols, are all examples of products that can make your skin sensitive to waxing! Everyone’s skin is different but stoping over the counter 5-7 days prior and prescription 7-14 days prior can help with sensitivity. If not, we can always offer hard wax as a substitute.

-If you are an at home or salon self tan/spray tan user, waxing/tinting should be done first! The wax can remove your tan and the tint color can change when mixed with artificial tanners.

-We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better time for you, no questions asked! Non emergencies aside, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or no show, we request 100% of the missed appointments service fee upon any rescheduling. The more notice we have, the better chance we have to fill your spot!

-No Guests (INCLUDING CHILDREN), who are not receiving a service please!
We are an intimate salon and when all stylist are working with a client we are at our capacity. We do our best to keep an ENJOYABLE and SAFE environment for us as well as all of you!
We LOVE children, but when you are receiving a service, you are unable to parent to the best of your ability and it can create a stressful environment for you and your stylist, as well as a distraction for fellow clients who come to relax. We will certainly do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule with your childcare so please schedule your appointments accordingly!
