Today marks 1 year in my own business seeing patients. 👀 💃🧠✨
In fact, it would have been a year ago yesterday but like any good story - it started with drama, I couldn’t get my technology to work correctly and ended up canceling my first patient.
When a year ago today rolled around - our waiting room still wasn’t ready, but I was. Or so, I thought I was - turns out the year that was waiting for me was going to be one of the hardest of my life. Was going to be humbling. Was going to demand accountability I wasn’t expecting (lol??). Was going to show me who I really am, in the best (and most unexpected) ways possible.
Basically, holy s**t. What a fu***ng year.
And I’d do it again in a heartbeat. 💓
Cheers to 1yr, now let’s get back to work!!
(Also I totally forgot to mention I changed my business name from The Specific to CDA Upper Cervical - but more on that another time!!)
It’s hard for me to celebrate the “wins” when they’re what I expect to happen when we get the body out of a chronic state of protective fight and flight!
