Rustic Expressions Salon & Spa

A gentle reminder that moving forward there will be no lenience on our cancellation policy. This policy has been in effect and visible on the website since opening in 2024 and until now has not been as enforced as it should. Due to an uncomfortably large amount of last minute cancellations i am in a spot to strictly enforce this policy. I am a working mom and as stylists we do not get paid unless we are working. We get that last minute things arise and definitely understand. This policy however protects us from losing expected income we depend on to take care of our family and also prevents us from wasted time we could be filling with another client on the wait list.
If you have to cancel last minute, not a worry, the cost of your last minute missed appointment will be forwarded into the rescheduled appointment at the time of cancellation.
I hate to have to strictly enforce this policy but it is time to do so. I highly value my career, business and the clients that wait patiently for availability when it arises, and this helps me continue to be able to serve all of you appropriately and fairly. 🤎
