I’m Caitlin and I developed the products at Lark & Rue out of a personal need for skin care products to help a lifelong battle with dry, itchy and sensitive skin. If its out there claiming to cure the itch of dry skin I’ve tried it! My path to making my own products started, on a whim, when I took a class at the local garden center on homemade beauty products using natural ingredients. My skin hasn’t felt so good in…well, ever! I have formulated my products to help your skin retain moisture naturally with skin nourishing oils, butters and humectants like milk, honey and aloe. All of my products are made with simple yet luxurious ingredients 100% by hand. I am committed to using organic whenever possible and 100% Paraben free ingredients. I am currently sourcing local ingredients to incorporate like beeswax from a local beekeeper, homegrown lavender and other herbs.
