How many chronic illnesses have you “collected” before or since your celiac diagnosis? 😅🤣
It truly blows my mind how celiac disease comes with a higher risk of diabetes, Sjögren’s syndrome, endometriosis, arthritis, and MORE — but many doctors don’t even mention that at diagnosis. 🤦♀️
Personally I have celiac, fibromyalgia, GERD, IBS, TMJ and several other “friends” who’ve joined the party over the years. 🤷♀️ So if you can relate, you’re def not alone. 🫶

🤯 did you know Publix has GLUTEN & OAT FREE lemon cake, along with strawberry shortcake & chocolate flavors? Same cakes as found at Kroger, Target, Safeway, etc but I’ve only found the lemon at Publix & they are slightly smaller / cheaper here too!
🍕 finally found ’s has NEW Gluten & Oat Free parm pizza at Walmart & it’s a new staple! 👌
🍞 NEW Certified GF & Dairy Free artisan breads have hit ShopRite! Tried these at Expo West & was really impressed by the texture.

Because nothing makes a celiac happier than a 100% gluten free spot—like in Miami. 😍 The brisket mac & cheese crepe legit blew my mind, and even my gluten-eating bf did a double take after trying the Nutella Oreo flavor. 🤯
