Coilsredefined
Natural hair coaching to empower women and men to transition to and embrace the hair they were born with.
This takes practice. So often we want to rush through washing our hair. And sometimes it is because deep down we think our tight coils need to be treated with a heavy hand. But it's exactly the opposite--they are fragile! Staying present with the process is a necessity. And if you are rolling your eyes thinking this is going to take too much time, ask yourself--isn't your hair worth it? Aren't YOU worth it. Once you answer the obvious "yes", then you will slow down and your hair will thank you.

Tired of moisture that never seems to last?
your coils aren’t “dry by nature”—they’re missing the right foundation. 💧
4 pillars to help coily hair retain moisture…
which one do you need most right now?
1️. Shampoo & condition – clear the way for water, then seal it in
2️. Avoid excess oils – don’t block hydration at the strand level
3️. Use a leave-in conditioner – keep hair soft, pliable, and supported
4️. Listen to your hair – it tells you exactly when it needs moisture
When these pillars are in place, moisture lasts longer, styles hold better, and coils thrive. ✨
💬 Which pillar is your current focus?
2025 has gone so fast as I get my little

same—to help women and men step confidently into

What is your favorite way to style hair during busy holiday times? I personally am loving this RevAir for blown out hair! The styly lasts and I have so many options. The blow out still has a lot of body so I don't have to worry about reversion.
1. Use a matching shampoo and conditioner. They come in sets because they work together to balance the pH in the hair, and open/close the cuticle at the right times.
2. Wash at least weekly. Repeated exposure to water is what creates an adequate moisture level.
3. Use a leave-in conditioner after every wash session. You can layer it underneath your styling product.
4. Avoid excess oil, it can dry out hair!
5. Be consistent! These sessions are additive and consistency will cause your hair to hold moisture longer.
