Prime Facial Plastic Surgery

Our patient has always been a perfectionist, so when it came to her Deep Plane Face/Neck lift, she knew she wanted every detail to feel intentional. In her 60s, her goal wasn’t to look different. It was to look refreshed and like the best version of herself.

The Prime Signature Package allowed us to take a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation by combining her deep plane face/neck lift with a quad blepharoplasty, fat grafting, temporal brow lift, and UltraClear resurfacing to the face.

Just one month post her Deep Plane Face/ Neck lift and already seeing such a beautiful difference. ✨
Our patient is still early in the healing process, with results continuing to refine as swelling improves over the coming months.

You may have run out of time to only have a neck lift…

When evaluating a patient, we look at where the laxity is coming from and how much of the face and neck need to be addressed. In some cases, a neck lift alone may not be enough, while a deep plane facelift can provide the full rejuvenation patients are looking for.🙌🙂‍↕️

6 months later, and his hairline is making a comeback! 👀

Our patient is officially 6 months post-hair transplant, and we’re loving the progress he’s made so far. With a fuller, more defined hairline taking shape, his transformation is already making a noticeable difference.

If you've ever been too embarrassed to ask about Botox, keep watching Nurse Heather's answering it all 🎤

Does it really hurt? How long does it last? Can filler be reversed? Dr. Heather goes rapid-fire through the questions patients ask most (even the ones they whisper).

No question is a silly question here.

The hardest part isn’t the surgery. It’s trusting the healing process.🙂‍↕️

As the swelling continues to improve, our patient is starting to see her final result come to life more and more each day after her Deep Plane Face/Neck Lift with us. We love hearing her perspective on recovery and watching her confidence grow along the way.

For Nurse Heather, it's never just about the treatment, it's about how you feel walking out. Her goal is simple: help you feel confident, cared for, and like the best version of yourself, without ever feeling rushed or like just another appointment.

Real results. Real relationships. That's the standard here at Prime Facial Plastics.
