Have you heard, what happens at Rooted Balance, stays at Rooted Balance? I have had quite a few ladies booking the buccal intra-oral facelift massage, and that this is the result after just one session? I can’t wait to see her results in a few weeks! ✨

It is hard to find the words to describe being able to take your first in-person class in almost two years. I am happy that Jenna at Yoga Element created the space I needed to get back into it though. Everything about last night’s class was perfect for me. Modifications were made when needed, with lots of bolstering. Even talking to her after about other classes that would (and would not) work for me while my knee heals. I am already looking forward to my next class.🧘🏼‍♀️
