We understand that unexpected delays can occur and that clients may occasionally arrive a few minutes late. However, when late arrivals become a recurring issue, it impacts our ability to stay on schedule and provide the best experience for all clients. Our appointment times are carefully structured to allow adequate time for services, setup, and checkout. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate consistent late arrivals.

As a reminder, we kindly request that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee. Additionally, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered late and may also be subject to a fee.
