In a recent Serenity and Fire with Krista episode, our owner Krista Guagenti and Panacea’s Esthetics Manager, Cayley Rich, broke down their favorite skincare hacks!
One of Krista’s favorites is what she calls “aggressive gua sha.” Unlike traditional gua sha, which uses light pressure for lymphatic drainage to help eliminate toxins, and release inflammation and water retention, “aggressive gua sha” uses firmer pressure to stimulate collagen and elastin production, and release tension.
