We had some issues getting into this account so we did have to set up a new one. I am going to screenshot it so if y’all wanted to go over and give it like below is a post from it as well.

We had to do this to be able to connect all the different platforms better and to be able to have our staff be available to check messages, etc.

Ultimately it will be able to allow us to serve our customers in a much better and convenient manner
