When you pay a deposit it’s to secure your appt if you cancel or no call no show it becomes mine ‼️
Now if under any circumstances on my end that I have to cancel or reschedule yes I will hold your deposit for next appointment but this is rare‼️ LOL
Plz understand my policy and how I run things in my business‼️ I’m not everyone else and I’m always fair, BUT DON’T EVER TRY TO PLAY ON MY TOP ‼️
Also to avoid same day fees deposit is due at BOOKING AND APPT NEEDS TO BE BOOKED at least 3days prior to appt date or I will charge a same day booking fee ‼️‼️
9/10 I already have appts scheduled even in 3 days time I may have to move my schedule around to accommodate all my clients this is why I charge a same day fee because it can be inconvenience for me and my other clients ‼️
(Double booking, lose appointments because of wait times etc.)
So plz start booking accordingly and read my policy so there is no confusion‼️
P.S. I CHARGE OFF OF LENGTH AND STYLE WITH MOST HAIR STYLES DON’T TELL ME YOU GOT 18 in hair and show up with 30 ins lol im going to Upcharge you ‼️‼️
Don’t lie when booking appointment everybody goes thru consultations if you don’t like it don’t book simple💯
But I love all my faithful and loyal clients who respect the craft🥰🥰
And TIPS ARE APPRECIATED STOP ACTING BROKE YALL PAY FULL PRICE FOR OTHER THINGS AND ETC TIP YOUR STYLIST ESPECIALLY IF THEY ALWAYS COME THRU LIKE I DO‼️‼️

Last night I did hair till 11 almost ‼️ long story short my client over payed me like her total plus her deposit (2x)‼️
I was so tired I didn’t even check What was sent.
But she requested it back by message, soon as I saw it I sent that money back ASAP ‼️ and then apologized for the inconvenience ‼️ if you want to make an honest living you have to be an honest person✅💯‼️
But half the ppl here in Columbus don’t understand that most ppl would have kept the money 🤦‍♀️
