What you can expect from us!
Common spaces and retail shelves will be cleaned multiple times throughout the day. Each stylist and front desk receptionist will have access to hand sanitizer and the disinfectant, we use is hospital grade!
Each employee will wear a mask and/or face shield during your service and will have their temperature taken before starting their day.
For our clients that are high risk, we will be offering early morning and late afternoon appointments!
What we expect from you!
Every client is expected to arrive at their appointment with a mask on and to keep your mask on unless instructed by your service provider.
Please do not bring any extra guest with you. We cannot accommodate anyone waiting inside the salon. A child can come in with you, only if they have an appointment as well.
Arriving on time is an absolute must! It ensures a smoother order of operations for cleanliness and distancing. Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes as you will be waiting in your car.
When you arrive in our parking lot there will be a number on our front windows you must text and tell the front desk your name and time of service. They will check you in and let you know when it is safe to come in the doors.
If you are not feeling well please do not come to your appointment, call to reschedule, we completely understand and thank you for not putting your service provider or the salon at risk.
