Hey all of my beautiful and wonderful clients! Just wanted to take a moment to remind all of you that the pandemic is still in FULL swing! I kindly ask anyone who is not vaccinated to please wear your mask. I am fully vaccinated but I will be wearing my mask for extra protection. To all my beautiful and wonderfully supportive clientele...this past year has been a doozy! Business is not what it once was. Bc of this, it is time to make some changes to services. Please double check when booking color services that you are choosing the service that best describes what you are wanting🙏🏼☺️. Also, check on the updated service pricing. It’s been about 4+ years since I’ve raised prices, so it seems time with the rising costs. The new pricing with go into effect starting March 1st 2021. I love and appreciate you all and your continued support☮️♥️😊
Just a friendly reminder to all of my wonderful clients… During this time, I understand that things come up and emergencies happen. Please try and remember to be courteous enough to communicate when an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Due to the increasing number of no call no shows recently, I am implementing a fee of 50% of the service booked for all appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hour notice and all appointments that are no shows. Please keep in mind that this is my livelihood. Thank you

All clients...please notice there is a new cancellation fee in place. Sadly I have had to resort to this due to the high number of last min cancellations over the past year. If you need to cancel an appt. please give at least 24 hour notice so that I may have time to fill that spot🙏🏼. Any appt that is canceled less than 24 hours prior will be charged a fee of 50% of the canceled service at the time of the next service. Please remember that my time is my money and please be respectful of that. Thank you all and I appreciate you
Just a friendly reminder to anyone that books a color service. I have put descriptions of each color service on the menu when booking so that you are able to pick the correct service that you are wanting. I cannot express the importance of this!! If you book the wrong color service and I am not left with enough time to properly perform what you are actually wanting...I will ask you to reschedule! If you book a service for short hair and your hair is not above your shoulders, you do not have short hair. If you book all over color and what you really want is a balayage, you are not an all over color. There are huge time differences between these services and that allows the rest of my day to be scheduled properly. If you are unsure of what service to pick when scheduling, PLEASE text me and ask. I can help you to schedule properly. Also, please double check your account to ensure that there is an updated phone number and possibly an email that is NOT a junk email. Salon lofts will NEVER send you any emails. It is strictly for the purpose of confirming appointments and appointment reminders. I do my best to contact color appoints before the scheduled appointment to make sure it’s scheduled properly and to make sure I have what I need. If I cannot get ahold of you by phone or email than there is a chance you will not be getting what you want🤷🏻♀️

First day back to work was a success. I want to say thank you to all of my clients today for being patient and abiding by all of the new procedures. You are all amazing and I appreciate you more than you know.
