I created this series to talk about hard topics while we smoke/after a sesh! Sometimes we have to discuss these conversations in order to protect and advocate for one another. Sometimes sharing a conversation through a t**e can truly open up your mind heart and soul to see what hardships are around you. We walk through this world in autopilot in order to survive the day! I vividly remember dreaming big.. becoming an adult I look back and realize my dreams were escaping to safety… a life of freedom. To be seen and heard..
I was just a baby.. the neglect as a child grew into unhealthy habits. While the lack of attention guided me to unsafe environments and situations. People tend to forget about their childhood trauma.. pain, anxiety trauma gets stored in the muscles, your brain and chemistry. This is how your blood and brain chemistry alters.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapy who specializes with Abuse and Trauma. I infuse with Energy work with massage so we can shine a light on the shadows. The pain stored and hidden🫂🖤
