We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salon Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon by managing various tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy and organized space. Including laundry, sweeping, restocking, keeping bathrooms clean, dishes, and lifting boxes when orders come in, etc.

✨Key Responsibilities:✨

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and assisting clients with inquiries and bookings.
- Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to maximize salon productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and welcoming for clients and staff and up to state board standards and beyond!
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the salon’s operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.

✨Qualifications:✨

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a salon or face to face customer service environment is a plus.

Hours needed - Mondays 4-9pm, Thursdays 9:30-4pm, Fridays 4-9pm. Other shift covering opportunities also available every month!
