πŸ‘‹πŸΌ hiiiiii.

I just wanted to put a face to my company for you, my name is Bree & I work behind the chair just like you! I own my own salon suite and it is my oasis

I started Balayfusion by Exhil back in 2019, after carefully creating 3D casts, and manufactured samples when I dreamed up the perfect brush for *convenient* blending!

I literally LOVE doing hair, its my pride and joy and I'm so happy I have another little piece to share with others who are very passionate in the industry! I want to build this empire with you- I have a lot of experience in the business on all sides, from being an independent hairstylist, being in the industry for 8 years, having a bachelors degree in operations management and experience with all things it takes to create an LLC. I'd love to share my knowledge and learn from you as well!!

So I'm really curious which is your preference. I've been a avid redken user + have been only stocking my salon with ph bonder and use it in every lightening service and I must admit I love the flashlift with bonder inside but I wanted to reach out and see what you guys' opinions and thoughts are behind the chair!
P.s. I know there are other great ones like Brazilian bond builder ect. so feel free to drop knowledge on your faves! πŸ–€

I'm going to be 100% real right now. With myself + with you. I'm cringing as I'm writing this, I feel v u l n e r a b l e.
Some days I cant figure it out. I'm trying to find MY voice. I have all of these thoughts, feelings, experiences but I find myself constantly asking myself what makes me stand out from a pool of billions of users / products / hairstylists. Why tell my story? But the truth is we all bring our own uniqueness to the plate. We all tell a different story + I've always been so afraid to share mine but just maybe someone else has experienced what I have or is currently going through something similar
I was raised by a man who my mom thought was my dad. When I was 11 she told me she didnt know who my dad was and when I was 13 I sat in an office across from the man who's DNA tested positive to mine. Both of my parents struggle with addictions. Two years later I was taken away from my mom for domestic abuse and fostered by my best friends mom. I wrote a letter to my judge saying that I wanted to go to cosmetology school in high school to work my way through college and then own my own business and salon and DAMN does it feel good to be where I am today. An independent hairstylist, about to graduate with my degree + own a business. Although I've done this for myself I cant express enough how much this journey has filled my heart with nothing but true love and joy and a unending desire to make others smile and feel true happiness and love. This career and industry is truly a blessing, an emotional and creative outlet, and therapudic opportunity to help people in so many ways and DAMN are we lucky to stand behind the chair and PAINT with nothing but LOVE πŸ’“
Now if I can convince myself to press share πŸ‘†πŸΌ

Γ— First impressions Γ— What does your energy have to say about you? Your client enters your salon or space and maybe it's a first time client, the energy you are projecting will set the pace for the rest of your appointment. Were not all perfect and you may of had a bad morning and were rushing around- your drained, your tired, you cant wait for the day to be over. They WILL feel it, and feel it all. Although you kill the skill set it's true that often times what keeps a client returning is the way we make them feel while being in our chairs. I think it's important to leave it at the door and if you can concentrate and connect with yourself on another level you have what it takes to change your attitude and energy even if everything else is weighing down on you. Aristotle said it best, "the energy of the mind is the essence of life." Keep your focus and the energy will flow πŸ§ πŸ’«πŸ—―

Teasy lites, babylights + balayage blended with my brush. I then toned her with icy + zero lift developer by pravana 1:3. I love how bright it leaves the hair without absorbing the gray/blue background with a 1:3 ratio
And of course, who doesn't love a good hair accessory? I'm loving the barrette comeback too πŸ’•πŸ’₯ Check out my personal page for more of my creations!
