My parents risked everything to leave Vietnam and start over from nothing, all so I could have opportunities they never had.

For a long time, I leaned on their strength. But somewhere along the way, I had to learn to believe in myself too. To trust my vision, take the risk, and keep going even when it felt overwhelming.

From a small town in Vermont to building a life in Columbus… this didn’t happen by accident. It took faith, resilience, and choosing to show up every single day, even on the hard ones.

What started with doing nails turned into something so much bigger. Not just salons, but a team I’m so proud of. People who care, who grow, who show up for each other and for our clients every day.

And to our clients, you’re the reason this all works. You trust us, you support us, and you allow us to do what we love while building something meaningful.

Now I look at my boys and realize… this is what it’s all for. I get to be the example for them the same way my parents were for me.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it.
