Hello lovely clients! Life has been super crazy this October! Between working weddings and being in weddings, my time in the salon has been very limited. If you’ve been trying to book and haven’t been able to find a spot, hang in there! Things will start to get back to normal in a few weeks, just hold in there! Silver hair:
❄️ is high maintenance, typically requiring retouches or retoned every 4-6 weeks (this may vary depending on clients hair growth)
❄️ is expensive, because it requires more frequent trips to the salon, and an investment in to professional products to keep the silver beautiful and well as healthy.
❄️ requires patience. Depending on what base you’re starting with, it can sometimes take up to a year or more to get a truly perfect, silver color. If your hair has been previously colored, it may take longer to reach the desired silver, as artificial color (professional or box) can stain the hair, and make it more difficult to lift out while maintaining the integrity of the hair.

I don’t typically post pictures of my silver clients on my Instagram page, because not many clients are great candidates (which I never fault someone for, silver is an intense commitment). However, I have many wonderful regular clients who do great at home care and work so hard and the pay off can be truly stunning and intensely rewarding.
