August is a big reset month for me. It’s my birthday month, the month I finished cancer treatment, my work anniversary, and the month I launched Survive & Thrive.
There is no better way to start that reset than listening to Taylor Swift and writing in my wellness journal with a beachfront view.
A few weeks ago I had the honor of being interviewed by Molly MacDonald, the founder of the Pink Fund. With this year being such a special year (I turn 45, celebrate 5 years cancer free, and Pink Fund turns 20!), I am so grateful for the opportunity to dance at this year‘s Dancing for the Survivors Gala which helps raise money for breast cancer patients that need financial assistance with everyday expenses like rent car payment utilities.

Today was special. It was the first time my mom has seen Survive & Thrive in action!
Today is also my late sister’s bday, so we started with family breakfast (which she prob would have complained about) and it ended with my mom helping me at the Milford Farmers Market today. The weather was perfect ☀️
In a sea of pink at my booth, this blue floral journal was designed last year after she passed (her eyes were blue and her fav color was blue) It always makes me think of her and it makes my heart full when it is purchased. 💙

Cancer picked the wrong girl… and now she’s learning choreography. 💃🩷
I’m excited (and maybe just a tiny bit nervous) to announce that I’ll be dancing in Dancing for the Survivors this October to support The Pink Fund!
As a survivor, I know firsthand how important support can be during treatment. That’s why I’m saying yes to the rehearsals and whatever dance moves they throw my way.
