Our bodies hold what they know, and when you speak your experience and feel it in your body, movement becomes possible. Sessions are conversational: I listen, ask questions, and hold space while you lead. Sometimes we work with breathwork, Reiki, or Human Design. This supports you through life transitions, grief, finding purpose or direction, working with emotions, changing narratives about yourself, processing what you're experiencing, or simply having space to be heard. You gain perspectives, skills for navigating what's present, and clarity on moving forward: meeting your reality with your desires.
