When removing lifting, precision and patience is key! I am very careful to make sure the drill bit is ONLY carving the lifted acrylic. The drill bit NEVER touches the client’s nail bed. I also never stay in one spot too long, this can create friction which creates heat that the client will feel as a burning sensation. Practice this technique on yourself before you start on clients! If done improperly, you can potentially cause severe damage.
