Due to a large increase of last minute CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS, we have been forced to install new software to help flag these occurrences to our attention.

This policy has been put into place out of respect to our employees and clients. Cancellations with less than 24hr notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute cancellations, you prevent someone else from being able to fill that time slot.
