⏰ A little reminder about respecting appointment times 🤍

I truly appreciate every one of my clients and always do my best to give each appointment the time, attention, and quality of service it deserves.

I do offer a 15-minute grace period, but please remember that it is a courtesy — not extra time to be used at every appointment. 🤍

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled and charged. You may reschedule by paying a new deposit, and in that case, there will be no additional charge.

If you choose not to reschedule, the missed appointment will be charged in full, just like a no-show. Until the balance is paid in full, you will not be able to book another appointment.

I completely understand that unexpected things happen, but consistently running late affects not only my schedule, but also the clients who come after you.
