š§” CEO SPOTLIGHT | SHAMONICA BELL š§”
We couldnāt bring in a new month without putting the spotlight on the woman behind Locs & Layers Hair Lounge.
Meet our Founder & CEO, Shamonica Bell
This month, weāre celebrating her being featured in The Glambitious Brandās āThe Women Who Built Itā and āBlack Founders ā Fall 2026.ā
But these features represent more than a beautiful cover. They represent years of experience, education, resilience, leadership, and a commitment to raising the standard in the loc industry.
For everyone whoās recently found our page, WELCOME TO LOCS & LAYERS! š§”šHere, youāll find expert loc care, education, transformations, healthy hair knowledge, and a CEO who believes in continuing to invest in her craft so she can pour that knowledge back into her clients and future professionals.
