To better serve all of our guests and respect the time of our dedicated service providers, we are reinforcing our cancellation and booking policy.

Due to an increase in no-shows and late cancellations, all appointments will now require a valid credit card on file, in accordance with our policy originally established in 2023.

Late cancellations and missed appointments create significant disruptions to our schedule and directly impact our team, who reserve that time specifically for you. This policy helps us protect their time while continuing to provide a seamless experience for every guest.

We also make every effort to confirm appointments through text messages and phone calls as a courtesy reminder.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made within the appropriate notice period to avoid applicable fees.

We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we uphold this policy to better serve both our clients and staff.
