Stop scrolling for a second and check where your head is. 📱

Chin down, head a couple of inches in front of your shoulders? That's where most of us live now. Laptops, phones, video calls, all day.

Every inch your head drifts forward, your neck and upper back work harder to hold it up. After a while that tension just starts to feel normal.

Two small things that help:
– Raise your screen to eye level
– Every hour, draw your chin straight back and let your shoulders drop

If your neck and shoulders are already carrying it, deep tissue work can help release what's built up.

Ever notice you always rake on the same side?

Most of us do. Same hand on top, same foot forward, same twist. Do that every weekend for a couple of months and your body starts organizing itself around it.

That's the kind of pattern Structural Integration looks at. It's slower, more deliberate work focused on how you stand, bend, and move, not just on where it's tight today.

If fall chores always seem to land on one side of your body, that's worth paying attention to.

Most massage feels good for a few days to a few weeks.
Structural Integration is different. It’s a method (Ida Rolf’s work) that reorganizes fascia so your body can stack over gravity instead of fighting it.
Better posture. Less chronic pull. More range that lasts.
