Massage does NOT need to hurt to work.

Many come in and say things like:
“deepest pressure, I’m ok if it hurts”
“If I’m not sore the next day, it didn’t work”
“You can’t hurt me, all the pressure you can”

I’m telling you, it doesn’t need to hurt to work. I’m also not trying to hurt you. Sometimes easing up on the pressure can be more beneficial for your body so it can begin to relax and mend. You are the healer, I am a guide in helping that wellness journey.
