One of my favorite days. 🤍

As hairstylists, we ask a lot of our bodies. Long hours on our feet, repetitive movements, and constant wear and tear are simply part of what we do.

That’s why investing in our team’s health is part of our culture.

This week, we brought everyone together for stretches designed specifically for hairstylists, followed by dry needling sessions to help relieve pain, improve mobility, and keep our bodies performing at their best. We’ve offered this benefit before, but life got busy and it slowly fell off our calendar. After today’s session, we were all reminded just how important it is, and we’re making it a priority to bring it back every month if possible.

A huge thank you to Heather Harrison at Lake Norman Physical Therapy for taking such incredible care of our team. Heather is an amazing resource for anyone dealing with pain, stiffness, or simply wanting to move and feel better.

POV: My brain never clocks out. even during a workout 😅

Running a business, leading a team, loving a family, and trying to stay present all at the same time is a wild ride. Add ADHD on top of it, and honestly. I think at this point it’s my superpower. Some days it feels like a million tabs open in my head but I wouldn’t trade it.

Also! shoutout to my husband for being part workout partner, part distraction, and part motivation 🔥💪
