Well folks....Mark"s 26 pound brisket was better than it even looks ! It was awesome. We believe it was his best ever Having a blast here in Concan. Gonna post some pics and a video later.

Mark (Pitmaster) outdid himself with this 26 pounder at Concan. The real test comes later when we tear into it !

Another update....now we just found out that power will not be restored in our area until 11pm tonight. We will open regular hours tomorrow! God willing.

Another morning thunderstorm.....delaying our opening until 8 am today.
