Good Morning Seriously Sassy friends. We just wanted to give everyone an update. Salons in Oregon are regulated by Oregon Health Authority, which means we are regulated by the state of Oregon. We understand that a lot has changed with Covid-19 via the media today, but our rules that we are required to follow have not changed. We ask that everyone entering the salon still comply with our required regulations, as to keep us in compliance with state regulations.

Masks are required for everyone
One client/ one stylist at a time
Appointments are required
Wait outside until your stylist is ready for you
Temperatures will still be checked at the door
Contact tracing is still required
Hand washing/sanitation required
Sanitation between each client required
If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, you need to reschedule your appointment

We WILL have Altrusa Pecans available this year!!! (Approx delivery date is November 10th) Due to Covid restrictions though they will be stored and sold next door at Kings Circle Optical. We will have a basket in the salon for clients receiving services, but if it is outside of your appointment time we ask that you please pick up your holiday pecans next door. We are very excited to continue supporting the Altrusa organization and hope you will too! The hours at Kings Circle Optical are M-F 10a to 5p. Masks will be required. Cash or Checks only please 😊

Hello Everyone! We here at Seriously Sassy are happy to announce, along with our governor and our county that we get to reopen! A lot of preparations will go into this reopening and things will not only look different as you enter our doors, but there will also be big changes to our day to day procedures. Please be patient with us during this time of change, we are trying to learn our new way of life. Here are a few changes you need to know upfront.
~there will be no walk ins, appointments only
~our reception area/waiting area is closed until further notice
~unfortunately if you do not have an appointment, the law requires us to keep you out, so please call for an appointment, or to speak to us
~we are required to have 1 stylist to 1 client, anyone else must stay in their car
~when calling the salon, please leave your correct phone number, so your stylist may call you back
~when your stylist calls you to make an appointment, they will inform you of our new protocols for your appointment and ask you several questions that we are required to ask
~you are required to wear your own mask at your appointment, if you don’t have a mask, we ask that you wait to schedule an appointment until you do. There will be no exceptions to this
~stylist will be scheduling themselves, some stylist will have different schedules and some may choose to not come back to the salon immediately, again please be patient
~when you arrive to your appointment, law requires you to stay in your vehicle until your stylist calls you in, or comes out to get you
~all clients will have their temperatures taken before they enter the salon, no expectations, if your temperature is over 100.3 we will need to reschedule your appointment, no exceptions

**and of course if you are experiencing any covid-19 symptoms, please stay home**

Hello everyone! We just wanted to jump on here real quick and say...we haven't forgotten you! We know it has been forever! As we seem to be getting closer and closer to a reopen date we have a few things we would like to ask for you to keep in mind. We DO NOT have an official reopen date yet.
There are going to be MANY changes! From how we schedule, how long your appointments are and how we do things...its a new adventure. Please be patient with us, this whole thing is VERY overwhelming. Once we do get a reopen date, that does not necessarily mean we can open on that date as there may be specific PPEs that are hard/impossible to get. Once we have a date, We will get a hold of you. If you leave a message at the salon or with one of our stylist, please leave a phone number, so we can call you back. Once we are all together again in the salon all rules and regulations MUST be followed. We are all in this new world together.

💥Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return....
💥Know safety measures were created for all involved.
💥Know the importance of coming alone, extra people in a salon compromises everyone.
💥Know your stylist/nailtech cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all..😴
💥Know your initial services will take more time. ⌚
💥Know that coming in sick isn't an option
💥Know that walk-ins will not be an option for some salons- call the salon before you leave home.📞
💥Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time...🤔⌚
💥Know that when you arrive you will need to wait until your stylist/ nail tech gives you the go ahead before entering the building, having your cell phone handy in your car will help considerably.
💥Know that your stylist/ nail tech is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or need a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. 😷
💥Know that your health is the biggest concern.
💥Know that your stylist/ nail tech may choose to open at a later date than the state your in has allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/ her brain and heart.
💥Know your stylist/ nail tech has already lost thousands of 💸💸 and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. ❤
💥Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important..
💥Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft. 🙄
💥Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety are, keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful ❤
💥Know that while trying to connect with your stylist/ nail tech there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously
💥Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist/ nail tech - help make it the best appointment ever!!!🙏❤🙏❤🙏
