Urban Sweat Spa Etiquette 🌿
A peaceful experience starts with all of us.
Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a regular, following a few simple guidelines helps create a relaxing environment where everyone can fully unplug, recharge, and enjoy the benefits of their session.
✨ A few reminders:
• Speak in whisper voices to preserve the calming atmosphere.
• Please use a towel on all shared surfaces.
• Food isn’t permitted in the spa.
• Keep cell phones tucked away in your locker so you can be fully present.
And don’t forget to bring:
💧 A non-glass water bottle
🧖♀️ Two towels (or rent for $5)
👕 Comfortable clothing
🩴 Sandals or flip-flops (optional)
