What started as a hobby to make a little extra cash 7 years ago turned into a lifelong career and a business that has grown into more than I ever imagined

Tomorrow, ASH Beauty & Wellness celebrates 3 years in business

3 years of growth, learning, taking chances, and building something I am so incredibly proud of. What started with just me has grown into a team of 5 amazing girls and 970 beautiful clients who have trusted us to provide a service for them. That is something I will never take for granted.

For the longest time, I truly thought I would be solo in this industry forever. I never imagined that one day I would be building a team, mentoring other girls in this industry, and turning ASH into a beautiful day spa.

And now, we are getting so close to opening the doors to our brand new location in my hometown of Frostburg, Maryland 🥹

Over the years, I’ve realized that what drives me most isn’t just doing what I love. It’s getting to show up every day and work alongside an amazing team. It’s helping them grow, build confidence, and become the best they can be in this industry. It’s creating a relaxing, safe space where our clients can come in, slow down, and feel taken care of. And it’s the relationships I’ve built with clients who have truly started to feel more like best friends.

There have been so many long days, late nights, big decisions, scary leaps, and moments where I’ve had to figure things out as I went. But every single one of them has led ASH to where it is today.

This next chapter feels like the biggest one yet

A bigger space. More services. More opportunities for our team. And a place that finally feels like everything I’ve envisioned ASH Beauty & Wellness becoming.

To every client who has booked an appointment, referred a friend, purchased a product, shared a post, supported one of my girls, or simply cheered us on along the way, thank you. You are the reason we get to keep growing and doing what we love.
