The Palm Studio Lofts

A little peek at the creative ways our amazing tenants are making The Palm Studio Lofts their own! 🌴

From bold ideas to custom details, every sign brings a unique personality to each loft, and we’re loving them all!

More custom signs are coming soon, so stay tuned! Huge thanks to The Jester Graphics for bringing our tenants’ visions to life.

And then there was one… but in this case, 2! 🌴

Unit 2 is officially our last hair studio available at The Palm Studio Lofts!

If you’ve been dreaming about having your own little hair loft, your space, your rules, no drama, and the freedom to do your own thing, this might be your sign.

One hair spot left. Room 2.

Just another day in Florida at The Palm Studio Lofts.

A couple of vacancies are still available at our historic motel turned studio lofts. 🌴 Contact us for a viewing!

We’re wrapping up the final touches before we open. The “break room” is more like something you’d find at a vintage West Palm Beach motel.

Today we also got a chance to try the matcha latte from our neighbors at Heart & Soul. It was divine, and it just happens to match our doors perfectly. We highly recommend! 💚🌴

Call or message for a viewing this weekend. We still have room!

Happy Friday-yay! 🌴

We’re back in town… and apparently, so are the lovebugs!

We’re showing our remaining units this weekend, so if you’ve been wanting to take a look, reach out and we’ll get you scheduled.

Someone told us that it looked as if Barbie would get her haircut at The Palm Studio Lofts. ✂️
