These changes are just slight increases to keep up with the rising cost of products and to continue giving you the same quality and personalized experience you’re used to.

I’ve done my best to keep everything as reasonable as possible, and I truly appreciate all of your continued support—it means so much to me 🤍

As you all know my husband passed last month so I had to increase prices for the first time in years. It’s only a small increase and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Price increase will go into effect starting September 1st after i return from a much needed vacation and mental break!

Lucy’s mama was having twins today….
Her big sister brought her for a haircut so she’s beautiful when she meets her new lil brother and sister….
I got her a cute dress to wear for the big occasion bc a girls GOTTA look her best!!!
So I found it appropriate to have a Super girl dress for a Super Big Sister!!! We had a cut, a bath and a new pretty dress!

As you all know back in November I said I was having to go up on my prices and while I set them higher and posted them; I never charged the complete increase because I felt like some wouldn’t be able to pay the small price hike.
Y’all I’m sorry to say that is now goin to have to go into effect full blown as I’m struggling to make the salon bills, increased product prices and still be able to keep quality products and live.
I understand everything in the world has gone up in the past year and sadly hairdressers and service workers are no different. Please understand I’ve tried till the last possible moment to stay much lower that other salons in the area and will continue to do so but if I want to keep my business open and a food on my table it’s seems there’s no way around it. I hate having to increase (even such a small amount) and I pray you all understand just how dire it is and that you trust and value my experience enough to continue to support myself as well as all small businesses who are hanging on by a thread with all that’s goin on in the world today.

Also, if you haven’t done so yet go to your App Store and download the Vagaro app (not the Vagaro pro) and search the salon. There you will be able to make appointments right from the app so your not waiting on me to answer your texts and calls but by all means your more than welcome to still call or text me. 😊
The ones who’ve used it so far have said it was very easy and user friendly. There listed is the prices but some may still be glitched as I keep finding some glitches now and then. I’m trying my best to fix them as I see them so bare with me for a bit till I work them all out.

Ok y’all! The online booking app is ready! Can’t wait to try this out!
Just go to the App Store and download the Vagaro app; then simply search the salon. It should be very easy and seems user friendly but let me know if I can help.

(I understand this is long and I apologize)

First, I want to thank all of my clients for supporting me these last few years as I made the move to go out once again on my own and appreciate everyone (there’s too many to name) that helped during the “getting me operational phase” plus the donations some gave during the start of COVID when salons were shut down! but HEY!!!! I MADE IT!!!

Stay with me though till the end because there’s a few things I need to announce…
After carefully analyzing increased materials and overhead costs it breaks my heart to inform you all of a necessary forthcoming price increase and give you all adequate notice to manage and incorporate this change accordingly.

With the exception of product sales (I give y’all those at my cost) I will be increasing prices depending on the service by $5-$10 effective November 1, 2021

Please be assured that I have made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum and will continue to honor the current prices up to November 1, 2021. With the costs of everything rapidly increasing, i want to make sure I can keep using quality products.

If y’all have known me more than 5 min you know how very much I love each and everyone of you and try to keep my services affordable. I will update the prices on the FB page so you all are aware come November (just give me a few days to set it all up) I also have checked salons in the county and surrounding counties to still be comparable; if not cheaper. If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.

On another note:
How would you all feel if I started (as kinda a bonus to the price increase) an online booking service? Ive played around with a few different ones but want to know your thoughts (I know my messages get lost and sometimes it takes forever to get back to you)
Basically, there would be an app you download and it shows the days and times I’m available so you would just book right from your phone 24/7
It also would send text reminders for appointments made; especially great for those who pre-book (which may become an everyone thing eventually as I get booked pretty quickly)
