We specialize in total transformation. Giving people a diet, medications and an exercise regimen is the old, antiquated way. Because here's what happens: as soon as the membership stops, the weight piles back on. What if you could wall out your weight loss clinic motivated and confident that you have the tools you need to NEVER get back to where you started? Losing weight is not enough for us. We want you to be equipped so that when you lose weight this time, you KEEP it off! If it's not a transformation from the inside out, then what is it?! Our link is in the bio if you need us 😎
The only factors that impact weight loss are your diet, your exercise regimen and medications.
You don't have time to play around with this thing! Every time you go through a cycle of weight gain and loss, your metabolism slows down and it does not recover! This phenomenon was demonstrated in The Biggest Loser study, which followed the show's participants 6 years after the show. The findings indicate that after you lose weight, your body adapts to conserve energy and it doesn't quite recover if you regain the weight. In other words, each subsequent attempt might take longer to get back to your goal weight.
You don't have time for trial and error and you deserve the gold standard of care and that is a program that focuses on
1) Lifestyle changes at the foundation (that focus on healthful eating NOT restrictive diets)
2) Behavioral changes and motivation
3) Evidence- Based Medications

I coach, teach and prescribe for others. But I've been there myself. I understand the feeling of wondering if things will ever change and how long will it take to get there. That's why I make it my personal job to be the cheerleader and coach you need along the way. Sometimes all you need is someone to say "You can do this. You can change. I've seen it happen before and you've got everything it takes to get there!".
We've have lots of new things coming! Stay tuned! 😏

Looking for more food options to help curb those sweet cravings? Here are a few additional suggestions that can satisfy your taste buds without derailing your healthy eating goals!
1️⃣ Chewing gum: Chewing sugar-free gum can provide a temporary distraction and help reduce cravings. The act of chewing can help satisfy the oral fixation associated with snacking, keeping your mouth busy and your mind off sugary treats.
2️⃣ Nuts and seeds: Snack on a handful of nuts or seeds, such as almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds. They provide a satisfying crunch and are packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber, which can help keep you feeling full and satiated.
3️⃣ Greek yogurt: Opt for plain Greek yogurt instead of sugary flavored yogurts. Greek yogurt is high in protein and can be topped with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey for a naturally sweet and satisfying treat.
Experiment with different options and listen to your body's signals.
Are you starting to see the picture?
Obesity is a chronic relapsing, progressive, multi-factorial neurobehavioral disease.
What if it is the obesity that is causing one to overeat, instead of the other way around?
What if it is not the individual's fault they are struggling with obesity, but rather a reflection of adiposopathy and a dysregulation of appetite signals to the brain?
What if we looked at the evidence before passing erroneous judgments that a person's weight is a reflection of poor character.
It's time to get serious and get this disease under control.

Guilt can hinder self-care practices, especially in Christians who prioritize others' needs. However, it's crucial to recognize that self-care is not selfishness or sabotage but rather a means of refueling and recharging for the benefit of those around us.
