๐ซฃ If you donโt exfoliate, you have the potential to trap the oil in your pores, causing pimples, black head, etc.
๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธThere are certain levels to exfoliation that you can get done by a licensed Esthetician or Dermatologist such as regular gentle (basic facials), microdermabrasion (more abrasive), or chemical peels (deep, peeling exfoliation).
๐งดItโs important to exfoliate every 2 to 3 days to keep your skin clear and free from impurities. NEVER exfoliate every day unless you are using a specifically made gentle exfoliate and make sure to apply extra sunscreen after your exfoliating treatment!
